First to clarify why I write this essay. I have been wagering online or at a brick and mortar casinos for many years. I have discovered, the addiction can grab a hold of you and you will not even realize it up until you are flat broke. Especially if you are on a winning streak. I have gone through countless thousands of dollars in a very tiny amount of time and still on occasion, I will go too far. It seems you are just having a blast until you decide to be aware of your defeats and the guilt sets in, and then you keep telling yourself "I can win it back" constantly. It doesn’t works. Then you become queasy in your belly and the harder you attempt the faster you are deprived.

When you see that you are up, remain on the UP! When you begin to lose, do not say to yourself, "well just maybe just one more" and again and again, trust me, this concept RARELY ever functions. Say you’re betting on slot games, have an amount set to the side before beginning your play. DO NOT exceed that boundary, no matter how captivating. If you actually win, put that in a different pot. Do not risk your profits no matter what. As soon as you have gambled through your primary set limit, call it a day. Leave, whether it’s online or at a land-based betting house, don’t stick around. Always remember, there will be another day, another time.

Always remember, gambling should be exciting not exhausting, nauseating work! If you are not enjoying yourself, you don’t belong there. If youcan’t afford the cost, don’t even start.
